Would one session per week with a Personal Trainer be enough, or should I do additional exercise on my own?

Yes, you'll need to do more exercise on your own. One session a week yields minimal results. For big results, you need to put in extra work. I'm here to advise and can design additional training programs for free or help you integrate more exercise into your routine.

How Often Should I Train With You?

It depends on your goals, motivation, other commitments, and budget. During your free consultation, we'll discuss and agree on a realistic and achievable number of sessions per week.

What Does The Free Consultation Involve and How Long Will It Take?

The 30-minute consultation gives you a chance to discuss your goals, fitness levels, health issues, lifestyle, nutrition, and ask any questions you may have.

Where are You Based?

We’re based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, but we train clients across South Florida, including Miami and West Palm. We also offer online training for clients worldwide.

What are the requirements from the clients?

This depends on your goals, motivation, commitments, and budget. During your free consultation, we'll discuss and agree on a realistic number of weekly sessions that work for you.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes! We offer group rates, just email us at [email protected] and we can discuss the rates based on the amount of people who will join.
