Jake Rath

Jake Rath, a dynamic 22-year-old personal trainer and the Founder and CEO of Rathletics Performance, is dedicated to transforming lives through fitness. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Jake now trains out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he brings his extensive expertise and passion to his clients. Jake's fitness journey began at 15, driven by his determination to excel in college rugby at the University of Tennessee. Once a skinny and small athlete, he transformed his physique through rigorous training and technique, ultimately competing on an international level. His experiences on the field have deeply influenced his approach to fitness and injury rehabilitation. Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as both a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Jake specializes in athletic and functional fitness. Since starting his career at 18, he has trained a diverse range of clients, from teenagers to seniors, tailoring programs to individual needs and goals. His broad experience includes working with people of all fitness levels and addressing various physical issues. As the Founder and CEO of Rathletics Performance, Jake has built a company dedicated to providing personalized, results-driven fitness training. His deep understanding of injury prevention and recovery, honed through a decade of rugby, allows him to design effective programs that help clients build strength, enhance performance, and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. Abby Fitzpatrick

Abby is a 22-year-old trainer from Massachusetts with a rich background in competitive athletics. As a former junior Olympic gymnast and a cheerleader at Florida Atlantic University, she has spent over a decade mastering the fundamentals of fitness. Growing up in a fitness-oriented family—with a bodybuilder father and a marathon-running mother—she learned the importance of a balanced diet and precise nutrition from an early age. Her approach to training focuses on free body exercises, form, and technique, rather than heavy lifting. She emphasizes the importance of stretching both before and after workouts to prevent injury and improve performance. Passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals, she believes in customizing workout routines to sculpt the body in a way that aligns with individual goals and lifestyle. Camile Siegel is a 24-year-old fitness enthusiast from Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a background in gymnastics, competitive cheerleading and yoga. Having dedicated over 10 years to the gym, and achieving a RYT 200 certification in yoga. Camile turned a passion for fitness into a disciplined daily routine focused on strength training, cardio, mobility and overall wellness. Graduating from Florida State University in 2021 with a major in health and a minor in psychology, Camile combines expertise with cardio, strength, diet and mindset to help others achieve their fitness goals. With a commitment to personalized coaching and a deep understanding of exercise, Camile is dedicated to fostering a sustainable and enjoyable approach to health.
